All support groups and workshops are available thanks to your generous donations.
Over the last 7 years, as part of Good Grief Central we have been offering multiple general grief support groups. This has been extremely successful and we continue to have ongoing demand. We are also offering a music therapy group with a music therapy student. Once again, should you know anyone who might benefit from these groups, please refer them to our website, Facebook page, Instagram, or just simply to either Natalie or Jill.

Natalie Segall and Jillian Lucht are honoured to coordinate the Good Grief Workshop for Children and Teens. This biannual, free workshop is for children and adolescents 5 – 19 years old who have experienced the death of someone close to them. 

Age-specific groups led by a team of trained volunteers will provide a group format to help children understand and express their grief. The workshop will involve structured activities that are designed to give children the opportunity to share their feelings with other grieving children, learn from each other, and honour the memory of the person who died.
On the same day, we also offer a concurrent Parent Discussion Group to give parents/guardians the opportunity to discuss the topic of children’s grief.
