WORKSHOPS
Natalie Segall and Jillian Lucht are honoured to coordinate the Good Grief Workshop for Children and Teens.
This free biannual workshop is for children and adolescents 5-19 years old who have experienced death of someone close to them.
Age-specific groups led by a team of trained volunteers will provide a group format to help children understand and express their grief. These workshops involve structured activities that are designed to give children the opportunity to share their feelings with other grieving children, learn from each other, and honour the memory of the person who died.
On the same day, we also offer a concurrent Parent Discussion Group to give parents/guardians the opportunity to discuss the topic of their children's grief.
